Eligibility for a refund
- General Eligibility: You are eligible for a refund if you submit your request within 30 days of the ticket purchase date.
- Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled you will automatically receive a refund of the ticket price excluding any service fees.
- Event Postponement or Rescheduling: If an event is postponed or rescheduled you may be eligible for a refund if you cannot attend the new date. Refund requests in such cases must be submitted within 30 days of the announcement of the reschedule.
- Event Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with an event for reasons such as not meeting the advertised standards please contact us. These cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
To request a refund please email us at contact@segma.co with your order number the email address used for purchase and the reason for the refund. We aim to process requests within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund process
Once your refund request is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
