INEGMA held the 6th edition of the Dubai Air Chiefs Conference (DIAC), an official event of the Dubai Air Show, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.  DIAC was held with full support from the Ministry of Defense and the UAE Air Force and Air Defense and took place on Saturday November 16, 2013 at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, UAE.
 
For its sheer size and prestige, DIAC has become the most anticipated gatherings of air force leaders from around the world – in 2013, DIAC gathered nearly forty air force chiefs and countless other senior commanding officers to a yet again full house.
 
Bringing together the official delegations visiting Dubai Air Show with subject matter experts and senior industry partners, DIAC enabled a thorough day of critical discussion and introspection into existing and emerging challenges – providing a unique opportunity to stay at the leading edge of developments and discussions.
