At the direction of the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) commander Lt. General Joseph Aoun, SEGMA signed an MOU with the Center for Research and Strategic Studies (CRSS) of the LAF to jointly organize BVIS.
The agenda for BVIS is put together by the conference's higher committee that is headed by the Lebanese Armed Forces CRSS director. The detailed schedule along with the topics and speakers will be posted in due course. The following topics are some of the subjects being considered for the agenda:
